Booking Procedure & Policy

* All bookings for Lion Tracks Safaris should be made in writing or email.
* Telephone bookings should be followed up immediately with a written confirmation.
* All are held on a professional basis until the required deposit has been received.
* A non - refundable deposit should be paid 14 days of making the reservations.

Payment 
* We do not have credit card facilities, we rely on bank transfer in our account.
* Deposit 50% of non - refundable required immediately.
* Balance of payments should be received by us not later than 3 months prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
- Please note that all cancellations should be made in writing or by email. Our cancellation policy is as follows,
   * Within 3 months of arrival; 50% of total cost.
   * Within 2 months of arrival 75% of total cost.
   * Within 1 month of arrival non - refund.
